I had surgery on my back about 10 years ago. About 8 months ago, I started experiencing the same issues with my back again. This time I decided to see Dr. Wade upon high recommendation. After several months of sessions with Dr. Wade, my back pain has almost completely subsided. I went from moderate pain every single day that dictated much of what I could do, to backpacking the High Sierra mountains a few weeks ago with 30+ lbs in my pack WITHOUT PAIN AT ALL.
