A cute little gated community with a good view of the bay. I performed trade work in here for a homeowner and got to enjoy the scenery.
It's a nice place if you can get in!
Moved here in July and we are totally happy with our decission
a lovely 55+ community. gorgeous sunsets nearly every day.
Very good and friendly community. Always available to help, to support, to love. I really highly recommend the place and mostly the people. Such warm, open and caring people as we all need and want. From the maintenance group to the Office, to all and each one of the neighborhood I have the best and deep feelings for all, I love you guys and miss you! Laura
3 generations of my family have lived in this park for a reason.
The residents are friendly and the park is kept up nicely. Each house has its own character and most have a bit of whimsy. It makes walking through the park en route to the heated pool/hot tub a treat. There are a number of shuffleboard courts, a small gym, pool table, and other distractions in the club house.
The park entrance is located on Gandy Blvd., which makes it pretty convenient to both St. Petersburg/Clearwater and downtown Tampa. It's also not far from a couple of malls, Wal-Mart, Target, Trader Joe's, as well as some great Tampa dining options.
Oh yeah, I guess I should mention the bay. Regency Cove sits right on the edge of Gandy Bridge and the adjacent section of the bay. Small fish and waterfowl abound with the occasional visit from dolphins and manatees.
