She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about her work. She is always prepared when you arrive and provides a quick and efficient service. Waxing can be very nerve racking as you anticipate pain and how long it may take. Lina always makes the process so smooth. She reached out when she has earlier appointments to offer them and it is easy to reschedule. She is very responsive when you reach out as well. Overall, this is one of the best waxing experiences you will have!!!
