Today was my first follow up appointment since my procedure (cervical ablation), on March 24. I spoke with several office staff on several occasions for a call back from my doctor and an appointment. Severe pain after a month which continues. My follow up appointment was for 3/29/22 but was canceled and I would be called to reschedule. No call backs. The office supervisor made my appointment after many calls. My doctor told me he never got any of my messages. I now need physical therapy. I’ve never had any problems with this practice but this was a big one. Perhaps more interventional pain management staff?

I am very pleased with the care that I have received at the FOI on Gunn in Citrus Park. I never have to wait for my therapist, they are always prompt and know exactly what to do. I something doesn't work they have other methods. Love the employees at this facility.

Staff was friendly and professional. Dr.Bolo was very informative and friendly, gave me good advice and suggestions concerning the best solution for my foot. I would recommend her highly.
