I highly Recommend Dr Orbegozo, Best Pain Dr I ever had.

Dr Orbogozo is great and his new PA is PHENOMENAL (I can’t remember her name). She is so patient and never makes me feel rushed. She’s always in good spirits and I leave in a better mood than I came in with.

The only issue I have and my reason for 4 stars is this office’s answering service. Don’t expect to EVER get anything done or anywhere period when you call in for anything other than scheduling an appointment and even then, sometimes there’s issues. The call center give zero craps about their jobs and/or customer service. But don’t let that issue take away from how great Dr. Orbogozo is. If you’re going to see any doctor within the practice, I highly recommend him. He sees patients at the Westchase location as well as Fletcher (there may be other locations I’m not aware of).

Every staff member is knowledgeable, professional, proficient in in their areas and kind and compassionate. Dr. Obengorza and Heidi are the absolute best, their passion for their profession is obvious as is their empathy towards patients. I have no hesitancy in recommending family and friends to them as future patients.

I have been a patient here for almost 3 years, since I moved to Florida. If you have any type of pain I highly recommend this practice. I've never had a problem when getting an appt to refill medicine. Everyone in each office is professional & courteous and you can even get a same day appointment if you need to see a Doctor in a hurry. All the staff at the surgery centers are highly trained and do a great job.

I can mainly only speak of Dr. Orbegozo and Dr. Leal, but they actually take the time to talk to you at each appointment to understand where/what your pain is, then come up with a plan to get you better or help reduce your pain. Yes they can and do provide pain medicine if they determine you need it. Both of these guys are great Doctors!

Whether it's Physical Therapy, Radio or Laser Ablation, Cortisone Injections, MRIs, X-rays, Nerve Pain, Arthritis, etc. they make a plan and stick to it while listening & understanding how you're responding to each. Give them a call and ask for Dr. Orbegozo (Dr. O)!!!!

At Florida Pain Relief Group, I was treated kindly by the entire staff as well as professionally at my appointment. Everything I needed to know was explained to me clearly so I did not leave with any confusion as to how things were going to be handled. As of now, I am pleased to say that I have gotten some well needed relief from my back pain and am very happy. Thank you Dr. Orbegozo and the staff as well.
