I worked with Mark from United. He shared the all camera results. I was so worried it would be a huge pipe problem, Mark assured me they would find the problem and fix it. They fixed the drain with Hyro-jetting at the cost I was quoted on the phone when making the appointment. I’m supper satisfied and would definitely recommend and use them again. I worked directly with Jonathan, the owner, he was super transparent, extremely well priced, and I am super satisfied with the work and with the experience.
A few days ago I ran into a situation where my water heater needed to be completely replaced due to a hole near the electrical in the unit. All the other companies that I called would not give me a quote over the phone, even if I was going to send them a picture, and either offered a free evaluation, but a high price point (some over double the cost of the unit) for the unit, and a crazy installation fee. I was quoted between $2200 and $3000 from the 5 companies I spoke with in the Tampa Bay Area including the unit, the installation, a one-year workmanship warranty, or between $750-$1200 just for the installation alone (usually only taking 1.5 - 2 hours). With Jonathan, he was the best priced, without compromising quality. He came out much cheaper because he doesn’t have all of the overhead and marketing costs. He is also extremely humble and down to earth. We had a great conversation while he was working on my install. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family, as well as plan on using him in the future with all my other plumbing needs.
