Disney DRC Tampa

I called with an issue with my tickets. We left Florida due to a hurricane warning. The people at DRC were amazing. They were fast, friendly and kept reassuring while they worked on helping me that they were still there and working on my account. They solved my problem. Great experience ladies. Thank you so much.

I love the inside of the building. It's decorated so nicely. Along with the Disney music playing in the background. I also was able to see the call center floor, and it was quite quiet for the amount of people on the phones. I also heard this was a great company to work for! Very magical!

Best place I have ever worked. Wish I was still there. So many great people that work there. Management was awesome. Training was top notch it's Disney after all. Pay was good with potential for really good bonuses. Love it and miss it.
