Staff was excellent; the location close to restaurants and bars. My room was clean and comfortable. Did not like the valet only parking. Do not leave anything in the car you may need . The valet team did a great job considering, but self parking option is very much needed,

Cool property with lots of things to do. My room seemed small. The property is located in downtown area which was convenient and near restaurants, bars and boutiques. Besides small room there was only 1 working elevator causing longer than normal wait times to get to your room.

Stayed at Tru for 3 nights. The Hotel is in a great location. We were in town for a Rays baseball game and the hotel is only about a 10 minute walk to Tropicana Field. Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The valet parking was convenient although early in the morning, there is only one valet on duty and the phone option to request the car was not available at that time. Other than that, definitely would stay here again.

Stayed 10 days, such a wonderful experience. The staff is so incredibly welcoming and helpful. Not sure why the valet only service is such a bad thing according to other reviews (it's so convenient, and they will let you park your car if you so desire). Rooms are incredibly clean and the decor is lovely. Grab and go breakfast is fantastic, and the 24/7 3rd floor has games galore, and coffee whenever you desire. The location is close to all sorts of great places. Two thumbs up. ;)
