(January 15, 2023, 5:29 pm)My cat started showing signs of a respiratory infection today. I spoke with the vet on the phone and she suggested that I bring in my cat rather than wait 2 days for my regular vet's office to open again. Everyone one at this office was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the ease of the online check- in process. I was checking in while a tech was taking my cat's vital signs. We saw the doctor very quickly and she diagnosed my cat with URI and gave us a treatment plan.
I was very impressed by how quickly we were seen and how friendly everyone was and the clear communication.
Here's a picture of my sweet Baby in the exam room. She was free to roam and find the place where she felt most secure. I'm happy we came here today instead of trying to tough it out for two more days.
(August 13, 2022, 3:30 pm)Our miniature dachshund Hunter got suddenly sick with GI track last week, and this awesome emergency clinic was the closest for us to take him to. Dr. Madison and the whole team couldn’t have been nicer! They made sure Hunter was well taken care of all the time and we were informed about his progression. He had to stay at the clinic for at least 8 hours on IVF fluids and other testing. Since we just relocated from MD and Hunter is never used to new people and environment, it got very emotional. However, we knew he is in good hands and where he needs to be to get better. It was a very hard day. Since he is our baby, we would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of him and nurse him back to health! Thank you for being so kind to every animal that comes through your door, for being so professional, hardworking, caring and loving!
(July 4, 2022, 5:55 pm)This is my first visit to VEG and an emergency vet in general. We went on 4th of July and everyone was so kind despite the holiday. It was pretty busy but we didn't have to wait very long. My cat Violet is sick and we were really worried but they took care of things quickly and by the time we were done I could tell she was already feeling better. They also worked with us on what things needed to be done based on what we could afford which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Dr. Ford was so kind and everyone answered our questions patiently and knowledgeably. The location is very clean and you can tell everyone there is happy to be doing what their doing which says a lot. Thank you all for helping my baby.
(April 10, 2022, 12:35 pm)This is the second time my mom and I have been here to unfortunately have to put down one of our animals. This place is run so professionally and very clean. But also I have to say, we are treated like family when we are here as well as our fur babies. Every single person in this building puts their heart and soul in what they do. It couldn’t be more obvious. We had help from every person in that building. The people that work here are all angels and we thank you all so much.
(February 5, 2022, 10:51 am)Our Best Good Boy came home this week. Unfortunately, we didn’t make it in time for help for him, but everyone I encountered at this clinic did help me. They treated my boy with the dignity and grace he deserved, and helped me through one of, if not the worst day of my life. I was in no way prepared for that day and they showed me compassion and patience. I’m grateful for that, and for the beatiful memorial we have for our family’s forever sentry. We miss him terribly but having a paw print for each kiddo helps them keep him close. I’m not sure I said it that day so I’ll say it now, thank you VEG.
