(May 22, 2022, 9:08 am)I took my Altec boom to this service center with a myriad of malfunctioning issues. Once repairs were made, they called to pick the truck up.
One hour into the next job, there was an issue. I called Danny, the shop manager, and he acted quickly to get us straightened out. Literally within 30 minutes, he and another mechanic arrived at the job site. There was a minor glitch, but these guys knew just what to do, had us back to work in no time.
Not only am I extremely pleased with the repair, but also very impressed with Altec’s rapid response to get the glitch worked out and get back to making money.
