(November 21, 2020, 8:45 pm)I love living in this quiet community and have no complaints at all. Everything is taken care of promptly if you have any issues; and that includes maintenance. Once you submit your request things are repaired in a day or two. That’s something you rarely get in apartment living!

(September 29, 2020, 4:35 am)Overall I think it's a nice place to stay at. It could use some improvements like the carpet being replaced by wood flooring instead. The bathroom wood floorings need a change and the corners need some cleaning and improvement. Other than that, the place has felt like home and people here are nice.
(July 5, 2020, 10:57 am)I have been staying in Oak Ramble for fours years now ever since I first came as a student. My stay has been no less than pleasant and satisfying!
The leasing office staff, maintenance staff have always been professional in their work. Sharon, Stephanie, Casey and Allegra (doesn’t work here anymore) from the leasing office have been very helpful and understanding, thank you!
The only things I would wish to change would be the gym, it’s very small with only a handful of equipments, at times you even need to wait on others to finish.
The second thing would be the back gate, it’s always open even though it’s supposed to be a gated community. However, I know for sure that this is a very safe complex to live in.
I would give this place a 4/5 :)
