(December 6, 2021, 6:19 pm)In my opinion, this is a great place for kids and adults to find discipline, structure, and camaraderie in these chaotic anxiety ridden days. The instructors are “all about that life” and their dedication and professional demeanor keep the students inspired and focused. That’s exactly what my kids needed, and I noticed drastic changes. I know they burnt the energy they need, they have better dispositions, they look leaner and their minds a little sharper with each and every class.
