My sales rep was Danielle who was absolutely amazing!!!! I had gotten into a wreck with my first charger and I told her I wanted the exact charger like my first, an within the next hour she did just that. She found my dream car again! She made the process super quick and fast and I enjoyed and appreciated everything she did for me and will forever refer people to her cause I know she loves her job cause she super passionate about it and will forever rate her 10/10

I had a great purchase experience with L.A. on Friday (9/2). I communicated I was on a tight schedule and they got me in and out within 57 minutes. I was able to make it to my other appointment with a few minutes to spare. L.A. even filled the car up with gas and delivered it to my house later that day. It was an easy experience and I’d recommend my friends and family get a vehicle there.

Today I received a 1 year anniversary email from Jon. Which reminded me I never left a review. I was always running around that I never got a chance to let everyone know how amazing Jon was. He worked with me for months until we found the perfect car for me. He went above and beyond. I personally worked a dealership in Durham. However I purchased a vehicle with him because he made every step easy. He picked up the vehicle from the dealership in Raleigh the same day so I could purchase it on my only day off. I was impressed by the process. Thank you so much !!!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our salesman (Johnson)was great. The place is clean and they gave us a good trade in value for our old car. And fair price on the new one. Only complaint would be that we had to make the hour drive back down the next day because they forgot to update the inspection report before we left.
