(November 8, 2019, 6:33 pm)Every trip to my credit union has been great. The staff is courteous and kind and the manager is very helpful. With all of my training and professional training, my life started to take a nose dive into financial distress but the manager help me avoid this with great financial counseling void of condesending judgments. I am okay now. Thanks Mr Wilson.
(March 27, 2019, 2:50 pm)I have been banking with RIFCU for over 5 years now, and I'm always impressed by their customer service. I have visited the Brandon location a few times when necessary, and the employees there have always been super helpful. I just got off the phone with one of their representatives, Chelsea, and she not only helped me with the issue I was having but also explained the workings behind what was wrong. I am within the younger population for this bank and can sometimes feel intimidated with finances, but they never make me feel stupid and always make sure I understand my finances and their policies.
