    Everything went fine on my loan but they wanted to charge me large amounts every time I make a payment. I had to open an acct I don't need to transfer funds to make payments. So transfer from my acct to their acct to the acct for the loan payments! I still got charged! Unbelievable. But hey, it was a good loan w average rates. So not as bad as I make it sound. Thumbs horizontal? Lol 🤣

    Great bank takes care of customers. One day I was running a few minutes late the drive thru waited for me. It was only 8 minutes past closing but with a phone call business got taken care of,

    Absolutely Love Pilot Bank! Everyone is amazing and they go out of their way to work with small business and truly know what having a relationship is all about!
