St. Joseph's Children's Hospital

I visited the hospital on 10/23/19. The OR staff was excellent except for a Hispanic waiting room attendant. My daughter had a stuff animal gift for her brother and it fell out her bag while walking towards the recovery room to see her little brother after surgery. I returned to the attendant to ask if she saw the toy and she rudely replied with an annoying yet guilty look on her face. Other than that I would have given this Hospital 5 stars.

We have been visiting St. Joseph's Day hospital for children for over a year, and they always take good care of my son and his needs. The nurses are attentive and effective with caring for children with chronic conditions and listen to parents when they voice a concern.

I had a heart attack 2 days ago and again yesterday. They didnt take no time to treat me. The staff here is so wonderful. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

We had a wonderful experience at St Joe's All Children's. We had services thru the ER, outpatient surgery and into a patient room for observation after surgery. They did a wonderful job caring for my 11 year son after he broke his femur. I cannot say enough good things about how they care for children!!

As stressful as it was, the nurses and Dr.Reyes team made the atmosphere in our stay feel like home. They all settled in my son. Talked to him as a person. Treated him fairly. He felt so comfortable that He says he wants to come back. The ambulance ride was a plus! The blue truck he calls it! They had matching outfits, that showed professionalism in their jobs! Overall, I would recommend this hospital to family and friends!!!!
