Numotion

My Dr felt it was time for a power wheelchair. I had been going through the process with another company for a awhile when they found out they were out of network. Numotion is the only company my insurance will work with. For the most part my experience with them was decent with the exception of being told they had all they needed only to receive a phone call they needed more information from my Dr. That is understandable but it was unexpected and I became really stressed. The employee didn't handle that well. She even went as far as threatening to cancel my chair order. Could have done without the drama but understand it happens.
My chair was delivered today and Jose was extremely kind and helpful getting it all set up and adjusted for me. I am happy Numotion could get this done for me.
