(August 26, 2020, 7:17 am)I have had great experience working with Xact over the years. Xact maintained the previous Xerox wide format plotter that my employer had. In 2015 we reached out to them for guidance on replacing that equipment with a new plotter that had all the features we were looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable and helped identify the equipment that suited our needs. Xact has been reliable for servicing that new machine. The technicians that we have dealt with have all been courteous, professional, and punctual. As our current equipment becomes outdated or comes to the end of its life, we will be reaching out to Xact once again for new equipment and service.
