Palencia Apartments

Vaughn went above and beyond to make my relocation from out of state a breeze. After an overnight drive I was welcomed and showed the beautiful property! I was so happy to see the apartment was very spacious and absolutely beautiful! The location could not be better, it is so conveniently located to everything. Until it comes time to purchase a home I am very happy to call Palencia home! Thank you so very much Vaughn!!

We've been living here for 3 years now. Management acts quickly with maintenance issues. Maintenance guys are always respectful. The only repetitive issue is trash pick up which is getting better now. 4 stars beca neighbors' trash never gets pick up because it's never wrapped, it is an eyesore but nothing is being done about it.

Update after 1 year and renewed lease: I been here over a year now, never any bugs as I keep my place clean, not to mention we have pest control come pretty often as a representative measure thanks to the amazing management. Brett the property manager provides solutions before conversation is even over, amazing guy and very professional and hard working. Can't really think of any cons as far as the apartment goes or anything. I am happy and hope to be here for many years!
