  I looked into these apartments for my daughter. I was a resident in these very same apartments way back in 1983. They were called Sundown Apartments then. One thing has not changed is the neighborhood is still nice and close to everything. Also the units have been maintained well and is a small quiet alternative to the large apartment complexes in the area. Bedroom is also located in the rear away from street noises.

  You can not ask for better management ! Jo is one of the hardest and most dedicated Manager/Leasing Agent/Customer Service/Everything ? . Her dedication to this complex and to keep EVERYTHING in order is head and shoulders above any other Apartment Complex I have ever been to. Even if means to "Literally" get her hands dirty to help with landscaping. (I saw that ! ) She always has a smile ? . In short, Jo is the "Only" Manager that doesn't just sit in the Air Conditioned Office and not even answer the phones expecting a paycheck.

  New management in March 2013. They've been a complete turn around. Jo is always pleasant and seen all across the property doing things to make it better. From repainting walkways, resealing the parking lot, to purchasing new furniture for the patio... they've done a great job! My one bedroom is the perfect size and price! The location is quiet, and I feel very safe.
