Stepps Towing

Ralph was great, understanding and extremely polite even when he had to go to a different location. Just moved to the area and will be using Stepps for any towing needs I have!

I might should rate Stepps w/one star. I mean, they tow your car & who really likes/loves that? But, that wouldn't be fair; that is their job, after all. However, when this happens to us, let's be honest, it's our own fault 99% of the time; hopefully it will be Stepps who tows. They're professional and, in my opinion, quick to complete the transaction and get you back in your car. Also, they don't "ransom" your vehicle back to you for "whatcha got in your pocket", as some other tow companies seem to do.

Our RV got stuck in soft sand and we were unable to get it out, we called good Sam who in turn called stepps. They sent a man out who had the wrong equipment for the job, but directly within the hour sent another service person, martin. He was very explanatory and kind, helped me get the RV out and even drove it to a safe not so soft area so that when my husband arrived he would easily be able to maneuver it to whatever position he chose. Thank you so much Martin. Exceptional work, very much needed help and very personable.

We had a truck stuck in a bad spot. The outriggers were stuck and broken in the out position. We called another service out first. They took one look and left us there. Didn't even tell us why. He just got in his truck and left. We called stepps, and they bailed us out. Not only did they get us out, but they also did it at a fair price. He didn't even make a fuss about the outriggers.
