We Insure Tampa Bay

We switched our insurance over through WeInsure and they were able to save us a lot of money! Not only did they help save us money but Kaitlyn was a joy to work with! She always answers my texts and phone calls very quickly and I’m convinced she never sleeps! 😂 I also spoke with Gail and she was a pleasure also. Great customer service all around and Kaitlyn knows her stuff! Very knowledgeable! 5 stars all around!

When searching for insurance it has been hard to find an agent that displays a high level of professionalism and transparency about the product you are purchasing. For years I just bought what I thought I needed and trusted what they said I needed. If you're anything like I am, understanding all of the options on a policy can be difficult. Alexander helped me every step of the way and was able to take the time to actually explain exactly what I was purchasing! I now know what my needs are and feel as if I actually understand what I have purchased with confidence. Any time I had a question he was able to answer it in a short time. I even got a better rate than I previously had with my old agent. I plan on using his knowledge for my home owners as well!
