My wife and I were looking to trade in our car, actually went to a dealership where we had purchased our 5 previous automobiles, completely turned off by the rudeness of the sales manager and lack of effort by the sales people. The whole processes was seamless and painless from start to finish. Everything was negotiated over the phone, came into the dealer on a Sunday to sign paperwork everything was printed and ready to go. My car came in a couple days later when we arrived that night jack had everything ready to go for us, even a bow on my car!
