    As the GM of a large volume retail store I always appreciate when I go into any retail or food outlet that stands out in the crowd and want to spread the word on Google because I know how important it is these days as buyers search and compare the competition. During these hard times of finding staff (Covid) to even work and everyone with "Now Hiring" signs out this Zaxby's stood out to me. First because of how clean and nicely designed it was inside. Faux-wood floors and walls with comfortable booths, great lighting, flowers on each tile, potted plants outside in their outdoor area is not expected in a "fast food" store. This shows the franchise owner truly cares.. Second the staff were all very friendly and efficient. And of course Third, the food was great. can't go wrong here!

    Food quality is better than most and the customer service is amazing. Sadly, however, Zaxbys seems to have boosted their prices to pretty high level.

    Excellent Customer service rivalling Chil-Fil-a! The day I visited, I had a rough ride on the way to this location and they were exceptionally kind and communicative. I forgot what I was frustrated about the moment I started ordering and was stunned by the quality of the service.

    Since COVID we have been using their App to order ahead and then pickup on arrival. Our typically weekly orders have never been wrong, are usually ready when we arrive and are still hot/ cool (salads). Curbside servers are super friendly. Disclaimer: I am addicted to their Nuclear sauce..
