    Jackie and Jennifer are nothing but professional, kind, honest and trustworthy. Whenever I walk into Charles Jewelers, the atmosphere is always pleasant and I am always greeted with a smile. I’ve know Jackie for 17 years and have taken several things for repair and purchased several small items. I had an appraisal done and was pleasantly surprised. You will never be disappointed when you walk through the door. 😊😊

    Such a great, trusted jewelry store for the 20 years I have lived here. The owners are fabulous, very trustworthy and no pressure. And the selections they have are amazing and in all price ranges from a fun gift for a friend to a beautiful engagement or anniversary ring - candles, estate pieces, watches and enough to look at for a couple of hours! I love that they have a jeweler on site as well. Only place I trust my wedding rings and family heirlooms.

    I had a wedding cake service buffed out and cleaned and it turned out lovely. I also had charms put on my sterling silver charm bracelet and my gold charm bracelet. I also had a necklace fixed to that kept turning on me. The work done was great and finished very quickly.
