Temple Crest Center Playground

Nice playground. Not too big but have the items that kids 5-12 would love. Also has two basketball courts so if you like to play ball, you can as well.

Very clean, I like that the kids were safely away from the river. The improvement of putting up the fencing is greatly appreciated. My nephews had a great time, and the play equipment was in great shape. My only concern was the seesaw; it seems off balance and it squeaks. Also, baby swings need to be added to play ground and the bigger swings need to lowered.

Small park with not much to do. The random benches along the river make for a nice spot to just sit and relax.

Great basketball court, Sunday morning pick up games full court! Playground that's fenced right next to the court so you can watch the kids! Beautiful river view but the gates are there for a reason! Frequent views of alligators! About 6 to 8 years ago a child got to close to the water before they had the gates and was taken by a gator. As far as I know, no more accidents since! Great rec center for kids after school programs as well! Large grass field! The only thing I hate is how most Tampa parks have the bathrooms locked and have no power outlets to charge the phones. I normally see those to fails in urban areas sadly.
