I've known Joe Wright for years and consider him very trustworthy. I have referred clients to him in the past, whom haven't either had the time or the inclination to manage their rental properties. I could not have been more pleased with my experience dealing with Wright Davis Property Management. Special Shout out to Shelly and Danielle who truly went the extra mile to make sure that we felt like our happiness was their priority! While they were doing their due diligence making sure we were a perfect fit for the spot, they could not have been more responsive, helpful, or professional. Moving can obviously be stressful, but Shelly was upfront and informative and when we settled on our perfect spot, she really took care of everything. Five Stars! Highly Recommend.

WE listed our house in South Tampa for rent with Wright- Davis . They did an excellent job finding and screening potential applicants, handling maintenance calls and cleaning/repairing the house between tenants. It was truly a seamless operation which saved me all the hassle of having to deal with tenants. Jennifer was our property manager and she did an outstanding job managing the process and keeping us informed. We were entirely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend their service.

I hope this dissuades anyone from renting from this property management company. My wife and I scheduled a showing of this property and when we showed up it was an open house styled showing to RENT the property. we immediately felt extremely uncomfortable and left. The rental manager there was not dressed professionally and did not introduce himself. there was no personal attention any of the multiple people that showed up and I briefly spoke with the others there to view the house and they all though that it was very weird and unprofessional. I then tried to call the management company and it appears to be a one man band as there was no one there to answer my calls in the middle of the day on a Mon. I will be posting this to as many places as I can to steer people away from renting from this management company. If someone has a problem with it I'm sure they can find a way to reach me and I'll be glad to stand behind my words. I make over 20K a month and do not like being mislead and worst of all wasting my time. Good luck to all of the good tenants out there as this will most likely turn you off.

UPDATE: I did speak with the representative and she did offer multiple avenues to rectify the problem. I did not opt to move forward with this company, but have heard that this company has done a better job at their front end info. I have changed the rating due to the reach out to me and the honest explanation.
