(February 13, 2021, 7:02 pm)I was on my way back to Colorado after a close family member had passed. I was exhausted, in every possible way. I realized I didn't have ear buds, so I trudged my way to the first store I saw - SPANX - and asked the young woman there what the cheapest set of ear buds were. She said the cheapest were $20 and was showing me to them - typical cheap ear buds. There was an older gentleman working there who took a $40 pair from the shelf and said, "For you, these are $20."
It was a simple act of kindness & from someone who I know had no idea of what I was going through. The entire interaction was so pleasant. I know items in airports are overpriced. Everyone knows that. And heck, those might have been on sale already. But customer service matters - and I really feel they delivered.
