“Great Experience, I had to renew , this was a different office . So , I was kinda stressed out. The minute I walked in, I noticed how clean it was , I was treated very nicely. The staff is very friendly and helpful and actually cares about you. The doctor was extremely helpful and even took extra time to make sure, I got everything done before I left the office, so I didn’t have to spend hours at home trying to go through the online process with the state system. “I highly recommend Dr. Ford. I went to her for a few years and was completely surprised by her bedside manner in a good way. From the very first visit she was kind, calming, and appeared interested in my health hx/concerns. Granted I'm in relatively good shape but Dr. Ford was always willing to provide referrals to any outside specialists or even make recommendations for improved quality of care choices such as dietitians or herbal supplements. I can see how other reviewers may have had a problem with the front office staff but I did not have any major issues. I was incorrectly charged for an appt one time however received a refund a few months later for the incorrect billing. I will also say that because I only wanted to see Dr. Ford I could not get in right way. My appts had to scheduled a few weeks to a month in advance. I would have stayed at this practice but sadly they stopped taking my insurance so I had to move on.”
