“Update: the office contacted me and fixed the billing issue. Old: I am giving 3 stars, because I had an issue with the billing. I find out that they overcharge my wife in the office and the center for the endoscopy and the insurance show that we should pay less ($200 and $155). I called the office and they said that I have to call another office to fix this issue. This is frustrating, as if this was my mistake and I have to waste my time to fix it. Let me teach you how professional office do this: 1) First, you bill the insurance, 2) then, you wait until you receive a claim response from the insurance of how much the patient should pay, 3) afterward, you bill the patient. Your office is in Westchase, therefore you know that the patient will pay the bill. By the way, I did this procedure a year ago and I did not have this issue, so I guess this is a new management.”
