“So, my partner got transferred to Northside for inpatient care. I was worried about him especially after reading all the reviews. As far as my experience with the facility there were pros and cons. Cons: It did take forever to get ahold of a receptionist on the phone and when I finally did, they were unable to tell me when visitation hours were. I got disconnected after she transferred me, but I was able to call back quickly, because she did provide me with an extension number. Now, I'm not sure who picked up the phone, but when I asked if and when visitation hours were they just said 6. I assumed that they meant visitation was UNTIL 6pm. I arrived at the facility around 1pm and was then told that visitation hours were from 7pm-8pm. The miscommunication was frustrating, but I think the communications I had afterward made up for all of it. Pros: I was able to talk to someone about the miscommunication about the timing issue and was fortunate enough to have been able to catch my partner's case worker right after he had been given permission to contact me. Joseph was truly amazing. I cannot begin to describe how profession and reassuring he was for this very stressful situation. I was not only able to talk about my partner's case, but they were also gracious enough to allow me a short visit with my partner just to make sure that he was alright. He was attentive, helpful and just very reassuring. Joseph if you see this, please know that you have my deepest gratitude. So while some of the staff may be lax, for anyone who has a loved one in inpatient care, I can at least attest that they are getting excellent care.”

“I've been to 6 dentists so far in my life, and Enlow and Vance has been the most descriptive and thoughtful in terms of creating transparency and trying to get me to understand my dental health. I appreciated the more comprehensive approach they took to evaluating my dental health as opposed to other dentists. The staff was also friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth and getting me the right care. My only complaint is that even though I was early to all of my appointments, they never treated me on time (10-15 minutes late on every appointment), and there wasn't a good reason as to why not (3 of my appointments were at 7 in the morning when they first open, so there's not much of an excuse for untimely service then).”

My doc was a really young, smart attentive gentleman (can’t remember his name) who listened to every concern, answered every question and then gave me the prescriptions I needed. The assistant was equally as helpful and attentive to my situation, everyone was very nice too! I became so confident in them I noted a different issue I was having and he fixed that too.
