I have tried other avenues of working with an injury and it has not worked well for me. Pilates is a great way to gain core strength and toning with low impact and I wouldn't go anywhere but this studio!!”

“This is a great golf course, this link styled layout can be a bit intimidating due to the abundance of water hazards and tight tree lines, it becomes friendly and rewarding if you keep your shots in the fairway. Personally, I find the back nine a bit more challenging but playable if you keep your tee shots on the fairway. The clubhouse is very nice also with very friendly and professional staff.”
