“I usually don't do reviews but I HAD to do rave about how amazing Dr. Fife and her team are. My puppy had cherry eye and they saw him and scheduled him for surgery fairly quickly. He is very excitable/hyper and they made sure he had enough medication post op to keep him calm, so he could heal. They were easy to reach and answered any questions I had. “Pharmacy staff is great especially the young tall gentleman that wears glasses. I won’t give his name out to embarrass him but he is outstanding employee. Also, since I’ve been a customer there for about five years, I have seen a number of pharmacist go through the store while some little been there for most of the whole period. I have found them all to be very helpful and when you’re in a pinch for time if you talk to them, they will do everything within their control and power to try to either get a prescription ready for you quickly or to locate a product if they don’t have it in stock and get it for you quickly. A wonderful Pharmacy staff!!”

“Amazing Service!! Originally I had called the Walgreens off of Hillsborough and Memorial as that is where my prescription was placed, they had extremely rude service. My doctor put through a prescription early December and on December 14th I got a messaged it was delayed. When I checked my order status on December 30th, the system said I had no orders pending. I called the Memorial location on January 3rd to ask if the order was still pending or not and the person I spoke to was not nice at all. They told me I could call around and ask other Walgreens if they had my medicine in stock but she “was too busy to do that” for me, that statement was said twice to me. So I went ahead and did her job for her and called this Walgreens off Hillsborough and Countryway and they looked in the system and found me 2 stores that have my medicine although they didn’t. That is customer service!! And it took the very nice representative less than 5 minutes to get me that info and give me phone numbers to each location!! Thanks so much for being kind and helpful!!”

“Well before my 1st ever meeting with Dr. Lamielle as my new Dr, my prescriptions were due for refills that required a Dr.'s approval. So well ahead of my appointment, I provided my 'intro' letter summarizing my medical history. I had been told Dr.'s never approve med refills until the first visit, but Dr. Lamielle read my letter and approved my (vital) refills! Today was my actual appointment. He clearly read my entire letter and knew things about me, making our initial chat very productive. I found him to be very receptive to my thoughts, before drawing his conclusions on next steps for me (including a specialist referral so I can check if he is in my network, and an order for blood tests before our next meeting). Afterwards, I read his report online in MyChart, and his summary and plans for me were both excellent. I'm particularly happy to have a DO (MD with extra schooling and unique philosophy that includes nutrition and holistic options rather than just drugs as the only option). His assistant Melissa was awesome as well, with extra help on things I had to do for my 1st appointment.”
