“Update: the office contacted me and fixed the billing issue. Old: I am giving 3 stars, because I had an issue with the billing. I find out that they overcharge my wife in the office and the center for the endoscopy and the insurance show that we should pay less ($200 and $155). I called the office and they said that I have to call another office to fix this issue. This is frustrating, as if this was my mistake and I have to waste my time to fix it. Let me teach you how professional office do this: 1) First, you bill the insurance, 2) then, you wait until you receive a claim response from the insurance of how much the patient should pay, 3) afterward, you bill the patient. Your office is in Westchase, therefore you know that the patient will pay the bill. By the way, I did this procedure a year ago and I did not have this issue, so I guess this is a new management.”

“Yes, you have to spend the money for the best. Dr. Rice is an amazing, empathetic and empowering person. She cares deeply for the children and handles the co-parenting counseling incredibly well. We already make quite a drive to work with her, but I would drive hours if necessary. She will make a positive change in some way - that I'm sure of - I've never heard otherwise. The reason she has very few reviews is because she's referred so often that they don't need to spend the money to keep up with the "internet rating mania" which very often are not generated by actual clients.”
