They are highly knowledgeable about medical equipment in general and have always been able to answer our questions and provide technical assistance. Sometimes, we'll send equipment to them to fix and other times, they will speak with our local guys to help them fix our larger equipment, like our OR table. They have always been able to deal with our equipment issues. Financially, they are beyond fair and reasonable. Their prices are very competitive and they don't nickel and dime you over every little thing. In fact, they are quite generous in NOT charging for small things. Overall, they have been an excellent resource for us and we will continue to work with them for as long as we need medical equipment. Highly highly recommend them!”
