“Always a good atmosphere. I come into this store regularly to keep my ring cleaned through the lifetime warranty. I absolutely love the warranty. So many people always ask how I keep my ring so shiny and I'm happy to tell then to 'go to Jared's'! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes the checking in the ring or just getting a quick clean and inspection is a little long of a process but very worth it. My wedding ring got ran over (long story) and there are two bands soldered on either side of the wedding band and so they were all skewed. Jared unsoldered and resoldered, buff and shined it up(rhodium plating?) , put on new prongs, and of course cleaned it all within a week. My mother-in-law asked how much it cost? What’s great is that you can go in there no matter what shape you’re in, no matter how much energy you have to give, and coach Cooper will seamlessly bring you into the fold so that you can get a great workout and not feel bad about whatever pace you’re at. It’s a comfortable, no judgement zone. Also coach creates thoughtful new workouts every day that make you look forward to what you’re going to get into (which helps when it’s hard to get out of bed in the morning).
