(January 13, 2023, 2:58 pm)Called yesterday and came in today they were able to fit me with a custom foot boot in two hours!! So great full for kind and knowledgeable staff. You can’t go wrong the place is spotless clean , comfortable and people are well taken care of.

Kiara behind the desk and Liz with authorizations and Walt who did our fitting. He takes his time and answers any questions that we have and has a way of putting you at ease despite the need for the visit. I highly recommend the whole team at the Brandon office.

(August 29, 2021, 10:35 pm)My son had his last appointment with Jennifer this week!!! I can not thank Jennifer enough for all help. From the beginning I was very nervous but Jennifer was very thorough in explaining the process and kept my mind at ease. She was very quick in responding to my concerned emails for red bumps even when she was on vacation!! She was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and an awesome person!!! Our experience was beyond amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us through this time!!
The office staff are great. No long waits, staff are very friendly and professional. Loved all the smiley faces every single time!!!

(September 15, 2020, 9:06 pm)I first visited West Coast Brace and Limb for a consultation on getting a cranial helmet for my daughter. I've since been back several times as she was fitted for the helmet, received the helmet and has been checked on throughout the process. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. Even with the risk of covid, I've been very comfortable there. They are very clean and have a great set up in the reception area and a good system to ensure everyone is kept safe. I've really enjoyed working with Jennifer D as she has helped with fitting my daughter's helmet and communicating with me by email as I have questions. She is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough.
I really couldn't have asked for a better experience for this particular need. I would definitely recommend this practice, and this location, to any parent who is in need of a cranial helmet for their little one! -

Greg and his team did not disappoint. The fit of my prosthetic was perfect and the design they came up with tailored to me! I felt with Westcoast, I got my full potential and confidence back.
I can not thank them enough! It was worth the drive from Orlando.
