This place has some very polite and good customer service people working for them. I just told Amanda what I was looking for and she did the rest. Very professional and clean facility.

I am giving Amanda and Store Space Self Storage (Valrico location) a 5 star rating. I have been a customer at this location for the past 7 years and have seen many owners come and go through that time period. The property manager Amanda is very helpful and thorough when explaining the new policies and procedures for the new management that has taken over. The price is still the most affordable that I know of in the area, the facility is being upgraded with new features and the general upkeep of the facility grounds is always clean and manicured. Great job overall to Amanda and the Store Space Self Storage team!

I have been a customer at this location since 2018 and have witnessed several property managers come and go. I've had issues in the PAST with payments not being posted and not being able to get anyone to return my calls but moving everything would have been such an undertaking that I just managed the frustration.

However, there is a fairly new property manager now that is really great. She's attentive, actually answers the phone and/or returns calls quickly, when I had questions about my account she actually took the time to research my file rather than just telling me that happened before she started working there and couldn't help me. She's really friendly and seems to want to really help where she can.

The facility is a little older but aside from some dust and such I've not had any problem with water or rodents causing damage. Unlike a lot of storage facilities, I've never felt unsafe being there alone.

The access hours are prob the only real downside. 7a-7p doesn't allow for swinging by early morning to grab some tools I may have stored on the way to work, and doesn't really allow time to get there after work to unload or switch out stuff for the next day. However, I knew this from the beginning and accepted the terms when I chose to rent.

It would be great if they went 24 hours now that they added the automatic gate that requires a gate code. Guess I'll watch and see.

Brandon, which I used for 3 days, who I always give 5
stars. The moral of the review is the service from the community storage. The young
lady, Paige, well, she was just
lovely and pleasant! She made
last minute accomodations for
my friend to get her unit late in the day. Great service and very
convenient for my friend, who
is without a vehicle. Well liked
