“I went on a Thurs. @ 9:30a as a Walk-In. You wait outside to have your temp checked and then directed where to go to check in which is quick. Seating is spaced. There's a big screen TV that shows your name and wait time status in a portion of the view. I waited less than 4 minutes to be called and didn't interfere with the scheduled appointments. The waiting area and labs were very clean. The staff were professional, helpful because I intentionally asked a lot of questions to see how they'd respond, and very friendly. I will definitely be using this location and recommending it to others. I have personally proven these negative comments false.”

I've never had a bad experience in the gym and a lot of that has to do with Tom and Amanda. They always great you with a smile and will take time out from what you are doing to give you any kind of advice or guidance that you may need. Every time I've gone in and they are there I've been greeted with a smile. I love that it is 24 hour access and the set up is easy. All the members I have interacted with have been fun and pleasant.
