“I highly recommend Vitality Booth to anyone seeking salt and red light therapy. The booths are different sizes to accommodate individuals or small groups, and there are even booths with exercise equipment. The owner, Sheila, is extremely knowledgeable and such a nurturing and wonderful human being. She genuinely cares about you feeling better and makes sure you are comfortable for your visit. I have had multiple sessions in the booths, both with salt and red light, and with only salt. After every session I feel amazing! I am excited to have this first of its kind wellness facility in our area!”
