TGH Urgent Care powered by Fast Track

I had a wonderful experience with TGH. I got timely reminders and updates for my procedure, and what test I needed before the procedure. My appointment started at the schedule time however, there was a short delay with starting the surgery.The staff were friendly and gave clear directions were you needed to go. I received excellent care from the doctors and nurses at TGH, they kept me informed about every aspect of the procedure, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kudos TGH!

Excellent customer service. I was called inside quickly. PA who saw my daughter very pleasant and knowledgeable. Place was clean and neat. I will recommend to others. Total wait time was less than 30 minutes from check-in to check-out.

My experience this time was very good. Previous visit I waited 2 hours this time around 45 minutes; given the COVID situation if felt that wasn't bad.
Everyone was kept socially distant and wearing masks. Office is very clean, new and inviting.

The front desk doctor who saw me were very friendly. Doctor was knowledgeable and provided an easy solution to my issues. I definitely recommend this office.

Pleasantly surprised.very clean and safe facility All social distancing in waiting room. Staff is friendly and makes registration easy, it is a good idea to pre register on line to save time. The nurses and PA were exceptionally kind and efficient. I would recommend this urgent care to friends.
