I normally come to this location because it’s convenient and I never have any issues. The store is always clean and the staff are usually really helpful and friendly. A couple of coworkers and I ordered sandwiches online and went to pick it up for lunch today and it was estimated to be done at 2pm. I got there a little early and decided to hangout and wait when a nice guy (I think his name was Alan) asked if I needed any help. I told him I was waiting for three online orders and he stopped what he was doing to fulfill the order for my coworkers and myself. You could tell he genuinely cared about his work and the sandwiches were delicious. He was also super polite and apologized to another person in line waiting and thanked them for their patience. I also witnessed someone that I assume was a manager, stocking shelves and unloading boxes. THAT’S the type of customer service that warms peoples’ hearts and want to continue shopping there.

Absolutely clean ... everyone who's employed at this store are very proud people because actions speaks louder then words. Robert the manager has an awesome crew the harmony & atmosphere inside makes you want to put in an application lol

I still haven't anything negative to say though I'm disappointed they have started relying on the self check out so much. I always loved Publix because they seem to value employees and that is important. But where are they in the front? Absolutely great assistance and service received especially when it rained. Staff was getting carts in helping people out front, very nice to see. Things seem to be stocked out going up when I visit. Having just moved to the area recently, it makes it easier to not have to go to different stores. Great job. Very clean also.

Great staff and premises is always clean. The only challenge I usually see is in the Deli Dept. Often, there is only one or two associates helping customers when there is a long line of customers waiting. And a customer has to voice complaints in wait times in order for someone else to come out and help get the line down. Other than that, I have good shopping experiences.

I placed an order online for a birthday cake and couldn’t find exactly what I wanted (Hawaiian themed) so I chose mums as flowers and put in a request for the decorator to make them Hawaiian themed if possible. You guys did an awesome job!! Thank you for going above and beyond as always. My daughter and grand daughter loved it!!

I have been visiting this clinic regularly throughout my entire pregnancy and I’ve had a great experience. While I have had the opportunity to meet with several providers, I have seen Weston Graff more than anybody else. He is very respectful and professional, always giving us his undivided attention. I’ve asked dozens of questions over the last few months and he has every single question, never making me feel dumb or like I should know the answer. The staff has gone out of their way to pull lab work/ summaries from other offices and the communication has been amazing. I really love visiting this office and I highly recommend it to anybody.

My spouse and I had our follow up appointment for our baby and had the at most best experience! I've read some comments and myself and my spouse work in the medical field and could not disagree more with the negative comments about the front desk staff. They were so polite and kind, we waited in lobby for the Genetics Specialist and witnesses the poor attitudes of a few different people including a husband. Dr. Jain and his staff are remarkable and take god care of us and we look forward to seeing you in the future! Mr. Davis
