The staff was friendly, the ATM units were disinfected after each use & the gentleman that assisted me explained how to order an expiring debit card online & described ALL the Chase services I can complete in my online app. Above & beyond? “Just wanted to update this post. I went back over the weekend because this is a wonderful shop. I bought more than I had planned because everything I needed was there. The place is clean and the shopkeeper was helpful and courteus. I love coming here. It would be better for the store and other businesses if one could avoid the parking lot. If I were to drive by, I'd miss it due to some of the litter around. Otherwise, the shop is full on gold.”

“Specialized estate service was needed and it took me 3 visits and 6 phone calls and I'm still not finished. I was eventually able to close a checking and savings account after my brothers passing but am still struggling with closing a home equity line of credit. I submitted certified death certificate and official administrators documents from out of state court, twice, but training in handling this type of service for customers leaves a lot of need for improvement for efficient help for customers.”
