“I had gotten a deluxe queen non-smoking suite, and it was very nice initially, until my friend and I realized that we were missing a lot of things in the room, like the complimentary toiletries, bed sheet, blanket, and towels. It looked like the room was in the middle of being set up but was never finished. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they came to see our room and were very apologetic. They quickly got us a new and ready room of the same type with little hassle. New room was same in quality, just with carpet instead of tile flooring. All things considered, this is a great budget option for what you pay, with accommodating staff, relatively clean rooms, and great location.”
