“I had another GREAT experience with Jose this morning when he came by pretty quickly (on a Saturday) from fishing to replace a failed GFCI outlet and another bad outlet for me. He was efficient and very friendly. When I asked him an unrelated electrical repair question after his work was done (I wasn't prepared for him to do additional work), he offered to come back to my house at a later date when I was ready for him to perform the work since he hadn't used the full hour of time I purchased. “After four failed attempts to re-set previously working low voltage landscape lighting timers I requested an additional service call to re- set the timers. An estimate was emailed to me to replace the electrical timers with mechanical timers. The emailed invoice estimate was for about $450 to replace the timers with which are $15.50 each on Amazon. The final story after going back and forth: GM Russell had a strong desire to correct the timer issue in a fair manner and ended up replacing the electrical timers with mechanical timers at no additional charge for labor or materials. I have fully working landscape lighting and I appreciate Russell’s tenacity to see the situation through.”
