“Kimberly did a great job helping us before but COVID nixed our Panama Canal and other cruises last year. She's now working on a 25th Wedding Anniversary trip for 2022. She's knowledgeable and has been extremely helpful. Now that we're retired the agency hours aren't as important but for those who work, I've never understood why travel agencies aren't open after 5, at least one day per week or on Saturday morning. That'd give it 5 stars.”
