Fiddlers Green RV Ranch

Really sweet people that run this RV park. It is very quiet and peaceful with scenic views. There are also horses that make for a unique Rv experience. Very grateful we could stay here last minute!

Sites are TIGHT! Our site was right next to the horse stables.
It is a very beautiful campground and great for campers with horses! The people were very nice and friendly. But not a place for families or campers without children. Like I said.... it is ideal for campers with horses, not much to do for anyone else. The cell and TV reception was not good, I used a hotspot. It is close to Mt. Dora which is a very cute town to visit.

Loved it. Pretty scenery and majestic horses. Is is a bit far from any place to go. If you are looking for peace. This is the place. Go when it is cooler out so that you can horse ride. You also must arrange riding way in advance. Beautiful place. Owners were very nice.

One of the best camping spots in Florida "Fiddlers RV" in Altoona. We planned a week and ended up here for a month. Met a lot of great people and the hosts, Janie and Gary are the best. Great location to stores, restaurants, feed stores, and vets. We are coming back!
