Recently had both of my bathrooms updated and Adroit did an awesome job. From helping me design my project to executing my dream Cody and the Adroit team were professional and responsive. As with any construction project there were a few unexpected surprises, however the team corrected issues immediately and without reservation. Thank you for the excellent job! Cody Lowe and Adroit did an amazing remodel our kitchen. Helped with design as well as some cabinet builds with installation. All their subs were 5 stars: Flooring, Plumbing, Electric, Dry wall repair(cannot tell where any holes in walls and ceilings were repaired). Most importantly Cody is great to work with and never pushes anything on the customer just works with you for the best outcome. I had several bids and Adroit was competitive but it was Cody that made the difference. When you invite someone into your home for months and a major remodel it makes a huge difference who it is and if you can work with them. Cody really knows the business and is a pleasure to work with. Also he is fluent in Spanish which it a huge plus with subs. You will not regret an Adroit decision.

I’ve known Cody and Adroit Property Solutions for almost 10 years now. I’ve always called upon them to take care of any of my requirements for remodeling, renovations or upgrades to our homes. They have an in-house wood work option which has been very good as they’ve built custom cabinets for our sons room. We have used them multiple times over the years and can certainly count of Cody and his team to get the job done right and promptly.

First I want to say that Cody was the most professional owner and he was on top of his business. Cody did all my remodeling before we moved into the house and I have to say that all his trades did a fantastic job in every area. I had Cody take care of ripping up the tile from the entryway, entryway bathroom, carpet in the dining room to the kitchen and laundry room tile as well as the pantry tile and install all new plank tile throughout all those areas. He installed Kitchen Backsplash, french doors on the office, seamless glass and a bench as well as quartz bench top and window ledge in the master bathroom. I had him repaint the entire house and He fixed the second floor landing that was very wobbly and dangerous. The kids would have fallen down the stairs if it had not been addressed. Cody did a fantastic job on everything and I cannot be happier about the look. Thank you Cody for a job well done...

We chose Adroit to install a custom kitchen, closet cabinets and shelving, and freestanding cabinets in our living room. Adroit performed all design and installation, making necessary modifications to kitchen cabinetry based on site conditions. As shown, the result is absolutely beautiful; the kitchen has been featured on several interior decorator websites. Closets were furnished with similar hardwood cabinets and shelving. Adroit has also built two freestanding cabinets for our living room. The firm uses high quality materials and its installation crew observes all COVID-19 protocols. We recommended this firm to our friends and neighbors.
