We were in the middle of our move and Teri and Yomy came to our home for signing which not only made our life easier but lightened the stress of moving in a tangible way. Diligence Title was amazing to work with. Teri was fabulous in keeping us up to date during every step and was there to answer any questions we had! They were able to arrange a mobile notary for my sister and when we arrived for closing everything was ready to go to make it fast and easy! We got copies of everything and they also sent a copy of the satisfaction of mortgage which I was thankful for because the bank did not. I would highly recommend Diligence Title...they were great to work with and I am thankful Matt and Chelsea with Hancock Real Estate used them. Thank you!
