What a fabulous Host Agency! This company practices a high level of ethics and instills the same professionalism in each advisor who affiliates with them. Unfortunately an agent in one of the posted reviews here "went rogue" but 99.9% of the travel advisors with this host company are outstanding and mirror their parent company and it's values. I first discovered FTA back in 2017 when planning a Caribbean vacation, and have continued using them since. The agents with FTA are knowledgeable with various destinations and vendors. They have helped us plan vacations with Sandals, Disney and Norwegian Cruise Lines. I have recommended friends to them for vacations to Italy, Hawaii, Mexico and more-and my friends were so appreciative. Having an FTA travel agent is so important-they take care of all the details and can help should there be a glitch with travel plans. No online booking websites are going to offer THAT!!! For example, we were in the Dominican Republic and the transfer service had us down for the wrong resort. We called our agent, and she was able to talk to the transfer service and get it fixed right away!
